It is made of SS304 or SS201. It is highlight hand polished or brushed. The finish looks likechrome and nickel. It will not peel off, and it will keep their good looksfor many years.
4.Are drying rails available according to customer dimensions?
All the heated towel rails are available according to customer dimensions. Special requirement must be specified in theorder.
5.Can an electric heated towel rail be mounted with the power cord embedded inthe wall,
whichmeans concealed wiring?
Parts of Yijin/HZ electric heated towel rails are supplied with enough power cord and can also be directlyconnected
to household wiring asconcealed wiring, pre-wiring prior to installation is required. Please check the above page

The on/off switch and the power cable are in the same corner of the heated towel rail. The switch alwaysbe located
at the end of vertical tube. We can make it according to customer's requirement.

All electric Yijin/HZ dryers are CE,SAA, RoHsapproved. The safety class of the electric dryers is IP44, IP65rated.

One-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. Seller is not responsible for incorrect installation, use, maintenance by buyer.
11.How do I clean the surfaces of the heated towel rail?
It should be cleaned regularly with water , slightlyalkaline (PH 6-9)liquid or detergent.
Soap and water are usually sufficient for removing dirt, calcium andother deposits. It must be switched off before cleaning. To clean your heated towel rail, moisten a sponge or a kitchen cloth with diluted detergent to wipe allsurfaces. Rinse it repeatedly by lukewarm water. Dry allsurfaces. Do not clean it withcoarse materials, corrosive or acides liquids.
12.Does Yijin/HZ is a trading company and can you supply hydronic(water heated) towel rails also?
