Firstly, the epoxy zinc yellow primer is used to protect the zinc coating, then white paint is used as finish coat for better anti-rust quality.All these work we have done in factory will ensure the final installation easier and less stress.Packing:

Normally 20-30 days according to order conditions. If you have urgent order or special requirements, please let us know in advance in case of any delay.
7.How can you ensure your products in good quality?
Here is our QC system working in the whole production:
1) Checking all raw materials before they entering warehouse;
2) Checking the moulds before production;
3) Checking the first sample's appearance, and test the electrical performance;
4) Sampling inspection during lot production;
5) Checking all the parts before & after coating;
6) Checking all the products before shipping.
Also, third-party inspection is accepted.
