Advantages of ZYTL Hot Runner System:
A. The central filling nozzle is in stock and
can be delivered quickly.
B. The heat nozzle is equipped with two
temperature sensors (built-in and external). If
one breaks down, the other can be adopted
when the mold is not dismantled, so as to save
time and minimize customer's losses.
C. The heat nozzle is a standard part and it is
in stock. When the heater breaks down or if
necessary, the heat nozzle can be replaced
immediately and needs not to be reprocessed,
so as to save more time for sustainable
production and minimize customer losses.
D. The heat nozzle head and the nozzle tip are
standard parts. When a part of a nozzle breaks
down, it can be replaced immediately.
E. Except that the manifold needs to be
redesigned and reproduced, other parts of the
hot runner system are standard parts in stock
and with a short delivery period. A single
nozzle can be delivered on the order date and
multiple nozzles can be delivered within at
least three days, which saves a lot of time for
customers.
