Dura Shred Tire Shredder Rubber Mulch SystemThe Dura-shred's tire shredding system is designed to produce up to 6 tons per hour of wire free rubber mulch. This system produces up to a 99% wire free chip ranging in size between 12-25 mm (0.47" and 1.0") depending on the desired size.Output SizeThis is wire.After processing, the steel is removed by our magnetic separation system. At this point, the wire free rubber chips are ready to be colored and used for landscaping mulch and the steel is ready to be baled and sold to smelters.Dura-Shred has been designing and manufacturing equipment for the recycling industry since 2001 and is emerging as a leader in providing cost-effective turnkey tire recycling systems.
