The polyethylene core used in this type of construction is ideally suited for all types of fruit washing applications.
These brushes are made by stapling knots of filament into pre drilled polyethylene cores. This type of construction is ideally suited for washing, drying or waxing of apples, pears, oranges, lemons, tomatoes, potatoes, capsicums and melons. Trim contours are available in parallel and spiral cut. They have astandard overall diameter of 125mm with larger options available.

SPIRAL WOUND CONSTRUCTION

These brushes are made by winding 8mm strip brush onto 50mm diameter fully galvanised cores at 2turns per inch or closer if requested. They have astandard overall diameter of 125mm with larger options available. This type of construction is ideally suited for washing and waxing of apples, oranges, melons as well as peeling of potatoes, carrots and onions.
