Product processing and Storage
Extrusion process
NH-4125V has high liquidity and good processing performance,preferring a low compression ratio (1.2 ~ 1.8) screw for the best extrusion effect,Also can use PVC extruded screw low speed extrusion, careful use of polyethylene screw,it should have a good temperature control device. We recommend the following processing conditions:
Extruder L/D:18~25Filter (mesh): 30~60Temperature setting:Zone1 Zone2 Zone3 Zone4 Zone5 Die
140ºC 150ºC 165ºC 175ºC 180ºC 180~190ºC
The above temperatures are for reference only, but should be adjusted depending on specific equipment. Recommended irradiation dose: 14~16MradNH-4125V(D) can be extruded by squeeze die but also squeeze tube die.
NH-4125V(D) includes colours and natural color. Users are free to add color masterbatches to natural color material. The suggested weight ratio is 1.5% or so
Storage
These compounds must be stored under the following conditions:closed and undamaged bagsambient temperature does not exceed 45ºCavoid direct exposure to sunlight and weatheringshelf life:12 monthsAfter opening the package for a period of time, it needs to be dried at 70°C for 2 hours to produce extrusionPackage
