4X2 6.5 Cbm Hang Barrel Bucket Garbage Truck

This model is our company's first-generation compression type garbage truck, which are widely used in surrounding cities like Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and Nantong. Euro 4 JAC second-class chassis are selected as bearing chassis.

All steel plates of the carriage have been treated with Cathodic electrophoresis. And the carriage is equipped with a push shovel compression unit. For Carriage tilting, double 2-stage oil cylinders are adopted to ensure the stability during working. And the back door of the carriage is equipped with hydraulic locking device. Also stainless-steel drain tank is installed at the bottom of the carriage to collect sewage during compression and transportation.

This model garbage truck is mainly used for flow and centralized collection of urban and rural household waste. Besides garbage collection, it also can be used to compress the garbage inside to get more space in order to load more, discharge sewage from the wastes, and transfer the compressed wastes, discharge garbage after which vehicle reach garbage disposal station. In the whole process of waste collection and transportation, secondary pollution to the environment can be avoided. This truck is ideal wastes treatment equipment with functions of garbage collection, compression and transportation integrated.

III:Cab-humanized design

Upper part of vehicle

I: Effective volume of the carriageisabove6.5CBM, and high-quality alloy steel plates are adopted for carriage production. The bottom of the carriageis of channel steel structure and its thickness reaches 5 mm. And thickness of bottom floor & side wall is respectively 4mm & 3mm.

II:All plates of tanks will be treated with acid pickling phosphate, which makes them corrosion resistant& anti-rust. Also tanks shall be treated with cathode electrophoresis, stainless steel inner cylinder is installed inside the container.
And this process could make sure the carriage can work at least 6 years without going rust.III:The compartment is equipped with a pushing shovel compression unit which can push the garbage collected inside the carriage to effectively improve the use of the carriage.
IV: Double 2-stage cylindersareadopted for the tiltingof the carriage to ensure the lifting height and stability of lifting process,Hydraulic control systemis adopted,and it iseasy to operate.
V:Specially designed interlocking system is applied to garbage lifting and pushing plates to avoid garbage scattering and parts damage due to wrong operation.

VII::Large volume stainless steel drain tank is installed at the bottom of the carriage,its function is to collect sewage during transportation and compression. And then sewage will be discharged by drain pipe.VIII:Two rear cover structures of carriage body can be selected kelying: one reling on the hydro-cylinder to upturn on the whole, cower and the other one is reling on self-discharging gravity.a.The back door is upturning on the whole.

X:The bucket lifting devicecan work with 120# & 240# dustbins. And detailed size of dustbins are of 102 x 59.05 X 74 mm & 90 x 60 X 75 mm.
