Manure Fermenting Biogas Digester:Introduction:Biogas production is one of the solutions of the poultry and livestock manure. By anaerobic fermenting, the manure in the digester can produce biogas with methane over 60%.The biogas can produce power, heat or after purification to be used as gas.Other by-products are slurry and residue. The slurry can be added into the water for field irrigation or sold to farmers. The liquid fertilizer has very good performance.The residue with moisture 70% can be processed into solid organic fertilizer.Process Description(an example):Wastewater from the chicken farm and the back-flow slurry together with the chicken manure are collected in the mixing pool, where there are mixer and sand removing pump. After getting them fully mixed, they are pumped into the acidification pool to get mixed with the ground corn stalk and heated by the heating coil in the acidification pool.Then, the substrate is pumped into the CSTR reactor by screw pumps. The reactor is equipped with a central mixer and heating coil which can ensure the digestion proceeds properly under right pH and temperature. After 30 days of fermentation in the reactor, the substrate can flow out to the concentrated pool.After concentration, the liquid supernatant goes to the slurry storage pool and the residue goes through the liquid-solid separator. The separated residue can be processed to organic fertilizer while the slurry can be used as a liquid fertilizer to the field irrigation.
The biogas is collected in the gas holder and then goes through dehydration and desulfuration to remove water and H2S, the clean biogas can be used on electricity generating and support boiler burning.Advantage:1. Over 30 years of long service life
