1.Three-axes direct-type drive design
Three-axis motor and screw with direct drive design, no noise from the belt or gear without back lash and vibration problems, three-axis rapid movement up to 48m /min, greatly saving the non-processing time.
2.Screw pre-pulling design
Three-axis uses C3 class 40 xP16mm screw, and uses pre-stretched assembly process at the two ends to strengthen the axial rigidity, and reduce the amount of thermal expansion of the screw.
3.Z-axis design without counterweight
Non-counterweight balance block design, Z-axis using heavy braking servo motor directly driving, performing high-speed feed or processing of non-vibration when drilling and milling.
