Machine description

The machine is used for shaping kinds of planes and molding surfaces, which is suitable for one-piece and small batch production.

Main cutting motion and feed motion are all hydraulic transmission, with stepless speed governing, it has hydraulic overloaded protection device with stable transmission and small amount of over-travel, it can be started and stopped flexibly and stable. The machine has good rigidity, large cutting force, high direction-changing accuracy, small heat deformation, stable accuracy, which can be used in brute force cutting and continuous working.

The work table of machine can realize rapid vertical and horizontal moving, tool rest has automatic tool-lifting device, hand shanks are concentrated, which are easier for operation.
