2V Automatic bus-bar welding machine ( For OPZV battery)

1. Machine configuration:

1 pc of double-position welding machine, 1 pc of 2V groove machine, 1 set of jig box rotating conveying system, group feeding jig and tilting table;

2.Scope of application:

The minimum and maximum pole group provided by the buyer shall be the applicable scope, and the length of the one-off weldRefrigerator, Freezer & Parts ing bus shall not exceed 300mm;

3.Welding requirements:

Adopt positive and negative bus-bar separate independent burn welding mode; Adopt automatic lead feeding and automatiDiamond Tools c welding mode.

4.Requirements for assembling group work space:

The station adopts hydraulic reversing design to reduce the operating strength of the staff; The pole group extracts and pushes mode from the conveyor belt. The fiInverter xture box to the welding position requires automatic push mode, which does not require manual push.

5.Requirements for unloading of poles:

After welding, the jig box is output to the demoulding waiting station, and power transmission and waiting mode should be adopted. The working table of the comb teeth adopts lifting desigSpraying Machinery & Spreading EqPump & Vacuum Equipment uipment n to make it convenient for employees to open the mould and connect to the slot machine for work;

6.Requirements for rotary conveyor belt:

The jig box is pushed to the rotary conveyor belt manually on the working platform of the unloading pole group. The rotary conveyor belt takes power and automatic rotation to the working station of the upper pole group.

7.Safety and environmental protection configuration of welding main engine: alarm device for combustible gas exceeding the limit, emergency stop device for failure, safety isolation door, reserve environmental protection upper suction channel, etc.

8.Working size of 2V welding system: about L8000mm W2000mm (actual size is slightly adjusted according to welding die)
