Abrasive automatic air sand blast booth features:Automatic recycling sand blasting room is designed according to the product processing process and the product characteristic,it is mainly used for large forgings and castings welded steel structure,engineering machinery,industrial boilers,chemical machinery,ship building,etc,to remove surface oxide skin,rust,and strengthen surface,to improve the coating adhesion,etc.This type machine is mainly composed of five parts:*Sand blasting chamber*Sand blasting system*Sand recycling system*Ventilation and dust removal system*Lighting and electrical control system
The external air supplement inlet is arranged on the top of the environment-friendly pneumatic recovery sand blasting chamber, the purpose of which is to make the suction and dust removal system of the whole sand blasting room form aself-circulation state, so that the room body is always in astate of slight negative pressure when it works inside. Make sure the dust won't leak out.The inlet is designed as afilter structure. During sand blasting operation, the external air entering from the air inlet is evenly distributed to the whole horizontal section of the sand blasting chamber, moving from top tobottom, so that the velocity of the horizontal cross section of the sand blasting chamber is uniform. At the same time, the sand can not be spattered through the air inlet to the outside of the sandblasting chamber.Appearance of sand blast booth:
The shell of XINSA shot peening cleaning chamber is made of composite colored steel plate and section steel. It is asolid, sealed and spacious operating space for shot peening cleaning of workpieces. Shot peening cleaning chamber is composed of left and right side wall, rear side wall, roof plate, rubber guard plate, gate and so on. Atotal of 10 sets of led lamps (protected by toughened glass) are installed in the peening cleaning room.Sand recycling system:The bottom of the sandblasting rPetroleum Equipment & Machinery oom is the area where abrasive is collected and the cleaning line is arranged, which is specially used to collect the abrasive scattered during sandblasting and the dust produced during sandblasting.
