3.Technical Features of Vibrating Grate Bagasse Boiler*Bring in Denmark advanced vibrating grate technology and self-ash cleaning*The operation of vibrating grate is stable and reliable and no need stop boiler to remove coke and slag*Furnace is membrane structure and two return trip membrane flue gas duct sealing is well.*The foreign things such as metal and small stone will fall into lime-ash well with the vibrating of grate.*High furnace and superheater are three stages. Make sure the superheater temperature is 750ºC and decrease alkali etch and chlorine corrosion and prevent ash block and corrosion*Install front arch and rear arch, and lay refractory belt at upper grate.
