A: The function of balance :Since battery is made of many pcs of cells in parallel and in series, the cells can't be

the same as no two people in the world is the same ,so can only put in group with similar performance is not

consistent ,which will lead to each cell voltage is not consistent as well after the completion of the charging if

without balance function
