The machine is suitable for producing the min. diameter ∅0.4mm fine wire from raw material 2.6-3.5mm diameter copper wire . Anneal copper wire on line to soft state
Single head and double head wire-drawing machines are available
It can be configured with single - spool take up, double - spool take up with auto changing bobbin system, plum blossom take up.
The machine is equipped with 4 groups of multi-layer extension wheels with the surface having tungsten carbide treatment which provides a long service life.
The machine is provided with MMI+PLC control system, production line synchronization control, online monitoring, The process parameters can be modified/stored/read in touch screen, easy and fast operation.
