(a).heat transfer coefficient
Aluminum inner groove tube is double compare to copper smooth tube
(b).thermal conductivity
We know aluminum thermal conductivity just only 60% of copper thermal conductivity. But aluminum inner groove tube's heat transfer coefficient of inner surface which is more than 2 times of copper smooth tube.
The conclusion is that aluminum groove tube has micro fin slot which provides evaporation condition and strengthens flow boiling heat transfer.
2. Condense testing value & conclusion
