1.What is your main product?
We do electronic item. Existing item include digital clock, purifier, coin bank, aroma diffuser, electronic brics.
And OEM products are acceptable.
2. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

3.Can you offer sample for us? How long can we get it?
We can offer you sample within 5 days with freight collect .
But the sample cost (depends on the price of the sample) should be on your account and will return after order.

3. Can I put my logo on the product?
Yes. You can put your logo on the product when your quantity of order is more than the MOQ. Besides, usually we accept files in AI, PDF, Core Draw.

4. Can you manufacture product according to our design?
Yes. We can manufacture product according to your design picture or sample in the field of digital alarm clock, aroma diffuser and coin bank, etc. By the way, if you do not have sample for your design, there usually be a mock up sample fee before mould making.

5.What is the lead time?
It depends on the amount and the product. The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to 35 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry 2 months before the date you would like to get the goods at your country.

6.How about your production capacity per month? And what's the MOQ?
We can produce 2,00,000 PCS per month. And usually the MOQ is 3,000 pcs. Some items we can do MOQ as 1,000 PCS some as 5,000PCS. First trial order may Less than MOQ

7. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF and Express. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

8.What's your payment term?
Usually we accept T/T, 30%deposit before production, 70%against B/L. West Union and L/C at sight are also acceptable.
