Function:

This Roller Shutter/ Blind/ Screen Fabric Fold/ Butt Welding Machine is used to auto weld and make a hem pocket up to the width of 4 meters. Secondly, also be used to join two pieces of blind fabrics.

Working Principle:

Two thin metal strips are heated and pressed on the fabric to transmit the heat.

The method has a lot of advantages with respect to traditional solutions: a welding length up to 500cm ensures a seamless weld a short cycle time, settings are very simple and maintenance costs are reduced to a minimum. In contrast with high frequency welding, thermal welding is not dangerous for humans or the environment.

The technique is very suitable for welding of roller blind, PVC fabrics and PVC coated fabrics. Other textiles such as acrylic and polyester fabrics and PU coated fabrics can be bonded using a unique thermoplastic film.
