Product Process

Raw wood treatment

Normally we choose solid wood as our door frame.

Cutting material

The different wood will be cutted into many pieces and prepare for the next process by professional workers..

Surface polish

Using machine to make the wood pieces into smothy goods so that we could make pattern and oil paint.

Door leaf inside fillment

Putting small solid wood bar to make the door leaf stronger.

Carving patterns

We use machine to make the different carving patterns as customer need.

After pattern finish,workers put the door leafs together.

Machine press

We use the high press machine to make the door body tightly and safety.

3 times priming lacquer

After polish the surface,we normally brush 3 times priming lacquer.

2 times finishing coat

After 3 times priming lacquer,finally we will do 2 times finishing coat.

Packing & Delivery

Foam and Carton packing

When finish door production.we will pack every door part by foam paper and carton.

Warehouse keeping

If we finish production and wait for custom balance payment,we will keep every part in our warehouse safety.

Loading container

we will load the container tightly and confirm the safety 100%And we will take photos fore customer .
