Q1: How can I get a sample to check your Laser Cutting Products quality? A; After price /confirm/iation, we will be happy to process sample to you for check our quality. We will provide you sample for free (value under USD15), as long as you afford the express freight. Q2: How long can I expect to get the Laser Cutting Products sample? A: After the sample order /confirm/ied, we will take 6-10 working days to finished the sample. The samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS. It should arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have any account. Q3: What about the leading time for mass production? ? A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, after the sample /confirm/ied, it will take around16 workdays for mass production. Q4: If we received defective goods, what your solution is?
