Folding movable paint booth is used for the large and heavy products, such as oil tank, tower crane and trailer etc.
Step 1: Cabin system foldback, move the workpiece into the painting station.

a) Primary and secondary carriage: Made of 40*60mm square steel pipe. Gear motor are at both sides of primary and secondary carriage.
b) linkage: Consist of 30*50 square steel tube and bushing, shaft pin etc.
c) Fire-proof soft PVC curtain: Made of anti-flame soft cloth curtain, on both sides of cabin.
d) Guide rail and pulleys: 2 rows of guide rails, made by 12kg rail track steel underground. The pulleys are matched with guide rail, and weld together with primary and secondary carriage, could slide freely on the rail.
a)2 rows of roof lights on the ceiling of secondary carriage.
b)Side lights are installed on the column of carriage, LED lights.Painting mist purification system: Water washor dry filter. Choosen according to customer's preference.
