Structure:Singlestage,singlesuction,horizontalcentrifugalpump.Bracketstructureforbearingparts,thebearinghousingissupportedbythebracket.Theaxialdisplacementofpumprotorpartcanbeadjustedbyaspecialbolt.Closedimpeller(ZBGtype),semi-openimpeller(ZBKtype)andfullyopenedimpeller(ZBQtype)areavailable.Theimpellerisconnectedwithshaftbyscrewthread,ananti-vortexplateisadoptedatthepumpinlettoincreasethereliabilityofpump.Theimpellerwithrearbladesisadoptedtobalancetheaxialforceatthepumpsuction.Andthegapbetweentherearbladesofimpellerandpumpcovercanbeadjustedbyabolt.Thepumpstructureisbackpulltype,therotorpart(impeller,shaft,shaftsealingandbearings)canberemovedwithoutdismantlingthepipesduringmaintenance.Theshaftsealingiscartridgemechanicalseal,andcanbecustomizedassinglemechanicalseal,packingsealingandsecondaryimpeller+packingsealing.
