How To Claim Warranty Services:

AUDAC Three (3) Years Limited Warranty

For All AUDAC Made Products

IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR PACKRAFT, SUP, KAYAK, BOAT, WATER PARK AND MORE PRODUCT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE AUDAC THREE (3) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY AS SET OUT BELOW:

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

AUDAC warrants the AUDAC-Made PACKRAFT, SUP, KAYAK, BOAT, WATER PARK against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with AUDAC's guidelines for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of original purchase by the purchaser ("Warranty Period"). AUDAC's guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

This Warranty does not apply to any non-AUDAC branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with AUDAC hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than AUDAC, may provide their own warranties to you - please contact them for further information. Software distributed by AUDAC with or without the AUDAC brand (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered by this Warranty. Please refer to the licensing agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use. AUDAC does not warrant that the operation of the AUDAC Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. AUDAC is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the AUDAC Product's use.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

This limited Warranty does not apply to any non-AUDAC made accessories, which will be warranted for one (1) year. Alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, fire, improper packing, or other acts of nature that may cause damage is not covered by this Warranty. Only AUDAC or his authorized distributors should perform service on AUDAC Products.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE? Please contact an AUDAC representative or, if applicable, an AUDAC authorized distributor by emailing or calling AUDAC directly. An AUDAC representative or distributor will help determine whether your AUDAC Product requires service and, if it does, you must provide an original, dated receipt and HIN of AUDAC as proof of purchase from AUDAC.
