Our company was established in 1999, The factory have self-export rights and specializing in the production of die-casting moulds, die casting fits, shot blasting and finishing for train service enterprises. The factory have 150 employees, covers an area of 8, 000 square meters, more than2, 000 yuan in fixed assets, an annual output value of 60 million yuan. The products are sold throughout the country and exported to Europe, America and Southeast Asia and other countries.

The factory currently has three major production module for mould design and manufacture, pressure casting process (high pressure casting, low pressure casting), shot blasting and product finishing after casting. The factory now has high performance horizontal cooled die-casting machine from 180T-1250T(180T, 280T, 500T, 630T, 800T, 1250T), low pressure casting machine, large CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, EDM and other mold processing equipment.

The factory has very advanced inspection equipment. Such as 2D projection detector, CMM, aluminum material direct reading spectrometer, aluminum material hardness testing, tensile tester and other sophisticated testing equipment to ensure the quality of the product.

The factory uses advanced CAD/CAE/CAM integration software to improve the design and manufacturing and innovation capability level. It passed ISO9001 quality system certification at the begining of 2004.
