Dalian Fuchang Chemical Co., Ltd. is a group company that is engaged in scientific research, manufacturing and trade. Its predecessor, Liaoning Potassium Chlorate Plant, was founded in 1985, transferred to a limited liability company in 2008 and officially renamed Dalian Fuchang Chemical Group Co., Ltd. in 2012.
