Dongguan Shengwei Plastic Products Co., Ltd is a private high-tech enterprises, which is a set of plastic mould design and manufacture, injection molding, assembly, products R&D and sales as one. The company is located in Humen Town, Dongguan, China, where enjoys the convenient transportation conditions and advanced manufacturing bases.

Shengwei was established in 2003. After more than ten years of development, it has grown into a complete supporting large-scale factory. The factory has adopted full-automatic dust-free workshop, advanced and complete manufacturing facilities, has strong technical force. Occupy area 12, 000 square meters, more than 200 employees, 90% of them has experience over 10 years. Shengwei has advanced equipment for making mold, plastic injection molding, automatic dust-free spraying workshop, as well as advanced measuring testing equipment laboratory. Shengwei has various levels CNC processing centers, EDM machines, Sodick low speed wire cutting, deep hole drilling machine, milling machines, lathes, grinders, CMM etc. From 35 tons to 1000 tons, there are more than 30 high precision single-color, double-color and special injection moulding machines.

Shengwei manufacture molds and products that contains automobile parts, home appliances, medical products, Household commodities, consumer electronics, mobile phone parts and accessories, and other fields molds. We have rich experience in the manufacture of multi-cavity mould, hot runner mould, precision mould, mirror mould, deep cavity mould, gas-assisted injection molding, and follow-up processing of injection molding. Depend on customers' requires, we can provide services such as:

(1) Designing 3D appearance, providing hand panels and making plastic moulds.

(2) Making mould according to customer's 2D or 3D drawing.

(3) According to customers' sample, making reverse engineering design.

(4) Provide plastic surface treatment such as injection moulding, panel spraying, screen printing, transfer printing...etc. Until the finished product is assembled. We have a 10, 000-level fully automatic dust-free spraying production line, primer/UV one-off mixed coating technology.

(5) IMD (IML/IMF/IMR) interior mold decoration technology.
