Shaanxi Fuhua Trading Co., Ltd. is an exporting company invested by Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. In March, 2017, with register capital of RMB 5 million Yuan. Its location in Room 1610, Building A, Haixing Plaza, Xi'An high-tech zone. It mainly operates precipitated barium sulphate, and sodium sulfide containing low iron products produced by Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd., and is for export or import of other products.

Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. (primary Shaanxi Fuping Soda Plant) was founded in 1942 and was reformed into joint-stock company in 2002. And it was moved into Fuping Zhuangi Industrial Park in 2015. Total assets are RMB 360 million Yuan. Register trademark is "Fuhua" brand. Annual production is 80000 tons of precipitated barium sulphate and 50000 tons of sodium sulfide containing low iron. It is national standard setting company of precipitated barium sulphate. Sodium sulfide containing low iron is awarded of "product with comprehensive utilization of resources" and "Shaanxi famous-brand product" by Shaanxi Provincial Government.

Development history

In 1942, Fuping Soda Plant was established;

In 1949, Gongying Youxin Chemical Plant (under charge of the seventh division of the 3rd army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army);

In 1952, Fuping Workers Youxin Chemical Plant;

In 1954, Fuping Sodium Sulfide Producers' Cooperative;

In 1958, Fuping Chemical Plant (state-operated);

In 1959, Tongchuan Fuping Soda Plant;

In 1962, Shaanxi Fuping Soda Plant (under charge of Provincial Petrochemical Bureau);

In 1966, Fuping Chemical Plant (locally-administratered state enterprise);

In 1978, Weinan Fuping Chemical Plant (under charge of Weinan District Government);

In 1999, Shaanxi Weinan Chemical Industry Limited Liability Company Fuping Inorganic Branch;

In 2002, Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Limited Liability Company (reformed);

In 2015, was moved into Fuping Zhuangi Industrial Park;

In 2017, Shaanxi Fuhua Trading Co., Ltd., subsidiary company of Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Limited Liability Company was established.

Geographical advantage

Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. is located at east side of Gong'Ye'Er Road, Zhuangli Industrial Park of Fuping County, covering 160000 square meters. There is Yaozhou district of Tongchuan at north, Zhuangli industrial town and Fuping district at east, G210 and Xi-Tong highway at west. Raw materials are all from surrounding provinces and regions.
