Dongying Hengcheng Machine Co., Ltd. is located in Dongying Kenli Economic Development zone, Shandong province, China. The plant area is about 60.000 square meters. Our main product lines are silica sol(lost wax) investment casting and resin sand casting.

Our products are mainly exported to Germany, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea and so on, which range from stainless steel castings, carbon steel castings, alloy steel castings, heat-resistant steel castings, brass/ copper castings, aluminum, wear-resistant castings to iron castings.

The products are widely used in machinery equipment, chemical equipment, auto parts, marine hardware, hardware tools, medical and foodstuff appliance, construction hardware, mining machine parts and others.

In the machining workshop, we have CNC working centers, CNC lathes, EDM machines, high-precision ID/od grinding machines, coordinate measuring machine(CMM), Swiss-made high-precision heightgage projector and hundreds of high-precision tools and instruments.

We own the advanced spectra analysis instrument, CMM, UT, MT, low temperature impact test and mechanical property test equipment. We can produce many kinds of castings according to different standards such as GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, KS and so on.
