Tian Jin HGXiangyun Information Technology Co., Ltd is a branch company approved by the chief of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), with a total investment in 50 million yuan, which was registered and found in April 2014. It has obtained many qualifications such as Tianjin science and technology enterprise, National high-tech enterprise, National military standard quality management system certification enterprise, etc. Our company mainly engages in the innovation and development of some assignments including image analysis and retrieval system, public security products, special equipment and smart city, serving for the public security field as well. Currently, our company has already obtained several patents and software Copyrights successfully. It also established a joint project center and a base of innovation and production with the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Beijing University of Technology, the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the Tianjin University, the Hebei University of Technology, and then established joint development laboratory with Tianjin Bureau of public security. At present, it has a team group of innovation and development, who are mainly holding doctor or master degree.

Our company has and has been accumulating rich theoretical and practical experience on the file of information security, image and acoustic pattern recognition, which can be applied for the project of smart city.
