Yangzhou Hengyi Composite Materials co., Ltd was formed in 2016. With more than 10years experience, we are one of the leading manufacturer in making FRP sheet, sandwich panels.

Located at Jiangdu in Yangzhou China, we are a specialist designer and manufacturer of fibreglass composite insulated panels. Our capabilities extend across a wide range of applications for the RV and transport industries such as mobile homes, caravans, trailers and truck bodies. We also manufacture panels for the boating, building and construction industries to just about any job that requires an insulated composite panel

We have wide range of sandwich panel products. The most popular ones are FRP plywood panel, Honeycomb Panel, XPS, PU and EPS Foam panels. The surface -FRP skin on top and bottom of the sandwich panel can be versatile. There's flat smooth finish, anti-slip pattern, pebble embossed.

As a result. There could be plenty matches to cater customers' different requirements.

Currently, the maximum size we can make is 11.5m*2.85m.

Our wokshop has an area of 8600sqm. All our workers are well-trained and has at least 5years of working experience in this industry. We execute strict workflow. Every step is assigned to certain people. The main procedures include material preparation, spraying, roll coating, bonding, cutting, polishing, cleaning and packing. Our staffs' strong values are based on providing our customers with the very best in service, products and advice. Meanwhile we offer our staff the ability to work in diverse roles, to be challenged and learn new skills.
