Luoyang Yu′an Metal Structure Co., Ltd. Was formerly the metal structure processing factory of Henan Industrial Equipment Installation Engineering Company, which was founded in the 1950s. In 1985, it became the first enterprise in Luoyang to obtain a pressure vessel manufacturing license. In May 2005, it was restructured and reorganized by state-owned enterprises and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Province Installation Group Co., Ltd.
