Ningbo Shengerjie Scaffolding Co., Ltd was established in 2008, specializing in Modular Ringlock System and wedge clamps manufacturing for 12+ years. 20, 000 square meters building area and over 70 employees allow us to have a large output monthly. We are doing OEM for our clients from all over the world and have complete ringlock system products line for your choice. Products are mainly sold to USA/Canada/Southern America/UK/Australia and Southeast Asia.

QA & Technical

We have a strong technical and QC team with 7 members to guarantee our products design and quality control are locating in the leading position in scaffolding manufacturing industry in China.

Our products design and test comply with EN12810/EN12811, AS1576, ASNI 100-5 and so on.

ISO 9001: 2008 by Sira Certification Company.

Audited and certified by NASC and QSI with Grade A result from UK

Golden manufacturer certified by Made-in-China website.

TEST REPORT:

In-house mechanical property/welding penetration test for each batch.

Ringlock system products welding and materials test in TUV Shanghai and Element/Test House from UK.

Wedge clamps were test in SGS Shanghai and Element Houston USA as per Brand test plan.

DOE was applied for wedge clamps production process.

CAPACITY:

65 containers (1200 tons) materials can be delivered per month.

We are located in Dongqiao town, Yingzhou District, Ningbo City, and 15 mins to Ningbo Airport, 30 minutes to Ningbo Railway Station. 40 mins to Ningbo Beilun deep water port.
