Styles of Cooperation

There are two styles of the oversea shop building-up: Exclusive agent and Single-store franchisee. There is no need to pay the franchise fee but the credit deposit shall be paid one-time to the Carpenter Tan Company within one month after signing the contract and will be refunded upon the expiration of the contract.

1 The practical square of the single store should be at least 20.

2 For decoration and arrangement of stores or counters, the accordant VI and Logo of Carpenter Tan should be used.

3. Shop decoration support

If the franchisees open an exclusive shop or an independent counter in a shopping mall, Carpenter Tan will undertake certain part of the construction cost of the stores built up within the period of the first contract, including shop designing, the shop furniture and tools producing, the shipping cost of the furniture and tools(by sea). The decoration fee of the shop will be paid by the franchisees but Carpenter Tan will offer operation guide.

4. Return & replacement support

The Company shall accept the return and replacement requirements from franchisees, provided that the yearly return rate is less than 3%.

5. Payment

5.1 Trading Terms: FOB Chongqing

5.2 Payment terms: T/T 100% before shipment

This scheme shall be in effect from May 22, 2018-May 22, 2019.
