The corporation is located in the Beihai Industrial Zone of Weihai City, with the total area of 132, 000 square meters and the building area of 66, 000 square meters and the total enterprise assets are worth 460 million Yuan.

The corporation was established in 1978 and by 2003, the corporation has developed into one of the biggest blankets manufacturing corporations in China with the total staff of 760 employees.
