Xiamen Fashion Knitting Co., Ltd, established in 1992, located in Xiamen, China, is one of leading lace manufacturers in China, which specializes in lace R&D, production and sales. The factory premise has an operative surface of over 12, 000m2, with annual output of 1, 200, 000yds(galloon lace). The factory has been recognized by international standard, such as ISO9000 and Oeko-Tex 100 Certification.

To combine beauty with delicate hand feel patterns, Xiamen Fashion R&D team develops a diversity of laces every month. The company has rapid investment on the R&D team year by year. The principle office is set up here in Xiamen, while the company also have design innovation teams set up in overseas market.

All the knitting are from the world-leading supplier ---- Karl Mayer, with the purpose to provide the best quality lace with global standard. Machine types include Raschel, Textronic, Jacquardtronic and Multibar Electronic… etc; Each comprehensive machine type is capable to produce a diversity of lace to fulfill the emerging market demand.

Our on-site laboratory was set up in 2006, with an operative surface of over 300m2. The management system of the lab was established and implemented according to the standard ISO/IEC17025. The lab is equipped with over 30 sets of testing machines, serving a wide range of inspection purpose. Adhering to the strict requirements of regulatory standards like ISO, ASTM and AATCC. All of the batches should be tested in-house before shipment.

For quality control, from pattern design to shipment inspection, there are 12-check points QC System to promise excellent quality lace to our clients. All inspection reports are recorded in our ERP system, which can be chased back if there is any quality problem. And alll of our laces are knitted and stored under constant temperature condition.
