Safety protection
1. Weight overload protection device. Each electric hoist is furnished with aweight overload protection device, which will warn when the lifting weight actually overstep the rated weight.
2. Current overload protection device. The device shall cut off the power when the current overstep the rated figure to keep the machine from damage.
3. Emergency stop system. once any emergency occurs, the system shall be started to stop all motions to avoid harm to staff or further loss.
4. Top quality polyurethane buffer. The buffer helps to stop the travelling mechanism softly and harmlessly.Packaging &Shipping
DeliveryPackaging:
1. Electric parts and hoists are packed by high quality plywood crate to cut and avoid loss caused by shake and collision during sea transportation.
2. Girders are packed by strong plastic woven cloth to protect them from rusting in the harsh environment of high humidity.
Delivery:
1. All equipments are transported to ports by truck.
2. Equipments are transported to the destination port by container ship or bulk ship according to the size and your demand.
