100L High Speed Silicone High Viscosity Sealant Planetary Mixer Machine1.Brife Introduction:Planetary dispersing power mixer is a kind of no-dead-spot power mixing and dispersion equipment. It adopts unique stirring mechanism, with bottom vessel fixed and unmoved, with dispersion discs and stirrers making planetary movement of revolution and rotation, with speed adjustment by frequency inverter. It makes the materials to move complicatedly, with strong shearing and kneading, for full dispersion and mixing of materials without mixing dead spot. An automatic wall scraper mechanism is designed in the vessel, which continuously scrapes the materials adhering to the wall.The equipment is uniquely sealed, can be pressurized or vacuumized. It is widely used in solid-solid, solid-fluid and fluid-fluid mixing, reaction, dispersion, grinding, dissolving, homogenizing and emulsification, etc., in chemical, light industry, pharmacy, foodstuff, building materials, farm chemical industries, etc. It is an ideal equipment for production of ink, pigment, adhesive, sealant, paste, paste-type material, lubricant, paint, paste cosmetics, emulsion, cream food and additive, etc.

3. Working Principle:
Double mixing paddle, high speed dispersing with rotation and revolution, combining with the kneading low clearance of mixing blades to make the materials have a strong kneading interference and do left-right cyclical movement, which makes sure no dead zone and high-efficiently homogenizing mixing with the attached scraper and scrape bottom.
4. Main Features:
1) An equipment gather stirring, mixing, reaction together.
2) With mechanical seal and "O" type or "trapezoid" soft seal, realize the material to stir under the vacuum.
3) Mixing paddle also does rotation as it does revolution, does mediate, up and down, around motion strongly, make sure the material dispersing, mixing fully, and have no deposition, to reach a perfect mixing effect in a short time.
4) The mixing paddle's rotation and revolution and the scrape wall stirrer inside the kettle is of frequency control.
5) The lining of turning of the mixing vessel mirror polishing after working, make sure the well roundness.
6) The mixing vessel with jacket and coiler, can be cooling with water, electric, steam, or the conduction oil's heating, and it can also control the temperature and collect the data with the temperature sniffer.
