100kN build-up force standard machine
0.03% accuracy Japanese servo motor for calibration of load cellsIntroduction

The 100kN Build-up type force standard machine is mainly used for the calibration of force measuring instruments, sensors or weighing instruments of the same level. The main components include frame, loading system, t-table, high-precision sensors, measuring system, electrical control system, application software, microcomputer, and printer and so on.

This machine can be used for the calibration of a dynamometer, a sensor or a weighing apparatus of the same class. It can be used to test the repeatability of dynamometer, weight sensor and creep performance.

It can be used in both directions, which is convenient for clamping during pull test.

Features

Japanese servo motor with high stability and accuracy.Planetary gear reducer made in Taiwan is selected, with large transmission ratio, high accuracy, low transmission noise and long service lifeThe tensioning mechanism can be used to adjust the tightness of the synchronous belt conveniently to improve the transmission accuracy;Adopt synchronous belt transmission, high transmission efficiency and compact structure.

Parameters

Servo motor power consumption: 0.4kWThe total transmission ratio: 1:800Maximum crosshead moving speed: 60mm/min

Load cell

Choose the world's first sensor manufacturer, Germany HBM's highest accuracy level of a 10kN sensor. HBM sensor, high precision, stable performance, suitable for long time measurement.

In order to make the verification of dynamometer and sensor convenient and not affect the accuracy, the 10kN sensor is fixed with a special screw, and then the screw is fixed on the upper crosshead. There is an automatic centering device on the sensor, and the mounting base is rigid enough, which can conveniently transmit the signal of the sensor accurately and eliminate the influence of lateral force.
