Part4 . CRT flow chartOperation Processes
1,It will lead explosion and make blare when heated for its inner is vacuum.So remember to break the CRT month of dissembled luminescent screen before cutting. 2,Dissemble the explosion-proof steel ring by manpower
3,Put the dissembled explosion-proof steel ring and luminescent screen on the planker steadily.Adjust the nichrome wire to 5mm away the leaded glass with the planker and stainless steel back mirror.Fasten the nichrome wire with the nichrome wire fastening device.
4,Heat the nichrome wire basing on the low voltage and high current theory to adjust the output voltage to 20-36v slowly.Adjust the heating time to45~90seconds(According to the TV size).
5,Coniform glass get separation from the luminescent screen by the balance of heating of heated nichrome wire and cool air made by the controller immediately when the power cut off .
6,Classify the steel mesh mats after the Coniform glass getting cool.And recycle the phosphor powder by putting the luminescent screen with phosphor powder into the dust extraction.
Notice and maintenance.
1,Remember to break the CRT month of dissembled luminescent screen before cutting for it will lead explosion and make blare when heated for its inner is vacuum
2,Don't bend over to look closely by opening the safty cap after finishing heating if the CRT is still complete to avoid hurting eyes by the chips from explosion.
3,Wear gloves during operation to avoid skin cuts and scalding by heated wire. 4,Keep the bottom region of safty switch on the protecting cover clean.It is easy to be hurt by the glass chips.
5,Keep the lifting device clean . It is easy to lead system halted or damage.
6,Add lubricating oil to the sliding parts to keep them slide smoothly.
7,Pull your hands out to avoid hurting by the loosing spring.
8,Keep the clearer mesh clean to avoid blockage .
9,Change the filter bag and wash the cleaner mesh 2-3 times per day by using the cleaning switch
