Reduce Contamination with a Cleanroom Sticky MatCleanroom sticky mats are disposable mats made from layers of polyethylene sheets with specially treated pressure sensitive adhesive on the exposed surface. Sticky mats provide a significant benefit in the cleanroom by minimizing the amount of the contamination that goes inside of it.

Portable Sticky Mat frame (Mat mount) Makes your mats carriable.

A frame is only necessary when each 30 sheet pad will not be completely used in one location or the surface is not ideal to apply the mat on. frames are ideal for contractors who only use a few sheets at a given location before moving on to the next job site. The bottom of each pad is also tacky, which keeps the mat firmly in place regardless of the type of floor the mat is on. 

Addition: Structure of Cleanroom Sticky mat

Sticky mats are composed by 30 or 60 layers adhesive coated PE film.
1. The surface of the first layer is clear protective film without adhesive, which is used mainly for protection. Peel off this before use.
2. Middle 1-29th or 1-59th layers are adhesive PE films. The color, thickness, tackiness depend on these film

3. The 30th layer is double-side adhesive, and below it is a clear bottom protective film. One side stick to the floor, and the other stick to the middle layers.
