Evaporator introduction and structure:
The evaporator of flake ice machine is where the ice has been generated. It is a vertical placed drum shape container, equipped with the rotating blade which spin and scratch the ice of the inner wall of evaporator. When operating, the principle shaft and blade spins anti-clock wisely pushed by the reducer. Water is sprayed down from the sprinkler, then ice forms on the inner wall. Ice blade then scratches the ice off and ice drops down to the ice storage bin.

The machine consists of an insulated double-walled cylinder surrounded by an evaporator, set in a vertical position. Water flows from a storage container on top and into the cylinder, where it is frozen on the inside wall. Ice is then removed by a skid without touching the cylinder wall.
Because the ice is produced inside the cylinder, the cooling circuit is completely sealed with no moving parts, eliminating any risk of refrigerant loss.
Owing to its superior structure and hard-wearing materials, the machines are highly reliable, rust-proof and energy-efficient.

Share flake ice evaporator is comprised of spiral ice cutter, cutter shaft, and cutter frame, all of those parts are made of the 304 stainless steel, the interval between the ice cutter and ice evaporator is between 0.15mm-0.2mm, it is easy to scrap the ice from the inner side of evaporator.
The spiral structure of ice evaporator not only ensures the cleanliness and smoothness of the inner channel, but also the wall thickness. As a result, evaporation effect has been greatly improved, having been treated with both plating and thermal treatments, the ice evaporator comes with the service life of at least 10 years.
