Features of PU Tube:1. PU Hose is made of new imported PU raw material, stable quality, resistance of high pressure, climate and high wear.
2. The body of tube is smooth and flexible, color bright, resistance to crooked, small bending radius, easy installation.
3. Working pressure 10bar at 23ºC, min. Burst pressure 35bar at 23ºC.
4. Shore hardness 95~98A.
5. Using on-line diameter monitoring system, tolerance: ±0.15mm.
6. Clear tube has the high-grade of transparency, visible of medium flow condition.
7. Using imported climate resistant color master. So the color standard, bright and not fade.
8. Working medium: Non-corrosive compressed air.Applications of PU Tube:
PU hose can be used in air tools, robotics, pneumatic logic and actuation systems, analytical instrumentation, vacuum equipment. Pressure measurement apparatus, semiconductor equipment manufacturers and a variety of laboratory applications.
