50 T/H Coal and Coco Powder Fired CFB Boiler for Power Plant

1. 50T/H coal and coco powder fired CFB boiler:The design of 50t/h poor coal fired CFB boiler, which is a new stage CFB boiler of high efficiency and low pollution, based on 50t/h coal fired CFB boiler design.
This boiler adopts circulation fluidized bed type with characters of high combustion efficiency and low pollution. This boiler combustion efficiency reaches 97%. When the boiler is burning high sulfur fuel, the discharges of sulfur dioxide can be decreased by insert limestone into the furnace. At the same time, the boiler combustion temperature keeps at 870ºC to control the discharge of NOx and decrease the corrosion of equipment and environment pollution. The ash can be used as blender of cement.
This boiler adopts natural circulation water tube boiler type and circulation combustion system (spiral thermal insulation cyclone separator). The furnace is membrane water wall construction. Arrange evaporator at the upper part of end duct to increase heating surface and install secondary economizer and primary and secondary air preheater at the lower part.
