Products Description
S11-M series 20KV low-loss fully sealed power transformer cancels the oil conservator, using the fin plate of the corrugated fuel tank body as the cooling and cooling element, and expands and contracts with the increase and decrease of the transformer oil, so that the inside of the transformer is isolated from the atmosphere and prevented. Deterioration of the oil and insulation moisture and aging enhance the reliability of the operation. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which effectively improves the distribution of magnetic flux density inside the core, reduces noise and reduces loss. The coil is wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-wrapped wire), cylindrical (or cake-type) structure, uniform distribution of ampoule, reasonable insulation structure and strong resistance to short circuit. The fasteners used in the fuel tank are all made of anti-return nuts, which can ensure that they will not be loosened after long-distance transportation. The surface of the fuel tank is phosphatized and coated with three anti-paints (moisture proof, mildew proof, anti-salt mist), which are widely used in metallurgy, mining, petrochemical and other environments.

Products Features
1. Transformer oil: It adopts corrugated oil tank and fully sealed structure. The corrugated board wall has two functions of heat dissipation and expansion and contraction. The corrugated board wall automatically expands and contracts with the change of temperature, the amount of load, the temperature of the transformer oil in the fuel tank. The expansion and contraction capacity of the slab is greater than 10,000 times, ensuring that the transformer oil is completely isolated from the air and maintenance is not required during the life of the transformer.
2. Safety protection The fully sealed transformers are equipped with pressure relief valves, which expand the application range of pressure relief valves and increase the effective safety protection of the products.
3. Tap-changer: The new double-sealed vertical switch is used to improve the sealing performance of the switch.
4. Fasteners in the box: The new type of locknut is used to ensure that the fasteners of the transformer are not loose during transportation.
5. The body is connected with the cover: the suspension plate has a buffer structure to ensure that the body can "land" and not cover the cover.
