It's very popular for shipbuilding and production of vehicle boards, cabinets, tables and furniture as well as architecture cladding and decoration.Available thickness: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm etc.

How a Honeycomb Panel is made?The aluminium honeycomb panel is typically made of 5 layers: decorative PVDF coated Aluminum skin, 2-components Polymer adhesive, honeycomb core, 2-components Polymer adhesive and back mill finish Aluminum skin or the same color Aluminum skin. The honeycomb panel is produced in sandwich structure and laminated in hot pressure, cold pressure or vacuum.
