1.This independent suspension is aself-developed platform for Koman, mainly for new energy and engine rear-wheel drive models;
2. This suspension platform adopts the modular design idea. The suspension system and the steering system pass through the lower longitudinal beam set to solve the difficult problem of independent suspension positioning.
3. This suspension platform is more suitable for full-load body design. The X-direction distance of the steering system is shortened. The frame is closed by the lower longitudinal beam, and the rigidity of the overall frame is increased.
4. Suspension lightweight design: the total mass of the suspension is 430Kg (excluding the straight and lower longitudinal beams), which is 137kg lighter than the 218Kg+ air suspension of the axle 137kg;
5. The wheel side adopts maintenance-free bearing unit configuration, which can be matched: FAG (standard) and human (domestic);
6. The knuckle king pin adopts needle roller bearing to reduce the resistance torque generated by the friction of the internal parts of the suspension during steering and returning, and improve the steering performance of the vehicle;
