3. Character
Sodium hydroxide (NaOH), also known as caustic soda,is an inorganic compound. It is awhite solid and highly caustic metallic base andalkali of sodium which is available in pellets, flakes, granules. 5. Main Usage:

All of our Caustic soda are made from Ionic membrane liquid alkali and diaphragm liquid alkali.
1). To guarantee the quality of our goods, all the material must get through laboratory tests before go into our factory.
2). Allocate the material according to acertain proportion.
3). Put the material into pot by liquid alkali pump.
4). Heating continuously and stop it till 180 degree, precipitate for 1hour, that is for wipping out the impurities.
5). Continue to heat, then put agood amount of sulphur and Sodium nitrate for Colour mixing, Precipitate again for 2hours and keep warm with samll fire.
6). Put them into caustic soda flakes molding machine (for caustic soda flakes );
Put them into caustic soda pearls molding machine (for caustic soda pearls)
