CJM 1300/1600 pretreatment production line plays a role in cleaning the surface of the aluminum coil.After rolling ,there is some lubricant ,anti-oxidation oil and some impure dregs such as silicon,magnesium,iron ,cuprum and so on,still stained on the surface of the aluminum coil.This line carries on the chemical treatment on the surface to form capillaries by latest non-chromium medicament so that the paint can be bonded tightly with aluminum plates because of the perfect adsorb ability.This line works in according with the regulations of national environment protection,no pollution occurred.
