Description
Azimuth thruster is mainly used for propulsion and steering of vessels. It replaces conventional propulsion and rudder steering systems to perform both the propulsion and steering functions. Azimuth thruster is available in Z-drive configuration with direct diesel engine drive or in L-drive configuration for electric or hydraulic drive from overhead.Features

Our company SJMATEK has two workshops and offce of 23,000 square meters. It's assembly workshop is specially used for assembly and joint adjustment, the max sling load is 80 tons, the hoisting height is up to 20 meters.The company has more than 20 sets of machining equipment, there are 18-meter lathes used for main propeller, big boring machine, CNC lathes, machining center, etc. Seven sets of testing instruments and equipment, including universal material testing machine, automatic pendulum impact testing machine, infrared thermometer, portable magnetic particle detector and ultrasonic detector. In addition, there are three test stands for rudder propeller, two test stands for tunnel thruster, two test stands formain propeller and one test stand for oil dispenser.The existing production and testing equipment and facilities can meet the basic needs of product design, development, production and service.Certificates of Classification Society
