ANSI SOCKET SINGLE PHASE METER CALIBRATION BENCHFeatures
1) The bench accords with the standard of " IEC 60736:1982 testing equipment for electrical energy meters", "IEC 62053","ANSI C12.7-2005 Requirements for Watt-hour Meter Socket",
2) The bench can be used to test single phase energy meter (up to 0.2 class), include Form 1S(closed I-P links) & Form 2S (opened I-P links) energy meter.
3) The bench can do warm up testing, startup testing, no load testing(creep testing), error testing(accuracy testing), dial testing, testing of the influence quantities and testing of repeatability of the measurements, etc.
4) The bench is using the PWM technology to amplify voltage/current output, the high efficiency at >85%, and lower the heat. The PWM can check the malfunction checking, preset, alarm, and protection.
5) The signal source is using the newest digital controlled sine wave technology for frequency, amplitude and phase adjust.
6) The bench is using comparison technology to test the error of energy meters.
7) The bench is using the error processor system to calculate the error of each energy meter by the sub-error system which can be connected by the internal RS485.
8) Different constant energy meter can be tested at one time.
9) Voltage is isolated by MSVT (multi secondary voltage transformer) output, which suits for the voltage & current closed I-P links testing of Form 1S energy meter.
